HQ Med Spa offers two evidence-based sexual wellness treatments using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy: the O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot) for women and the P-Shot® (Priapus Shot) for men. Both use growth factors derived from your own blood to promote tissue regeneration and vascular function in intimate areas.
PRP is created by drawing a small amount of your blood, processing it to concentrate platelets and growth factors, and reinjecting it into the targeted area. Because it is derived from your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction. All procedures are performed in our private clinical suite by licensed medical professionals.
Your visit begins with a private consultation. Blood is drawn from your arm and processed in a centrifuge to isolate PRP — this takes approximately 15 minutes. A topical numbing agent is then applied to the treatment area and allowed to take full effect.
The PRP is then injected using a very fine needle. The procedure itself takes only a few minutes once numb. The entire appointment, including consultation and processing time, is approximately 30–60 minutes. Complete privacy is maintained throughout.
Most patients notice initial improvement within 3–6 weeks as new tissue and vascular response develops. Optimal results typically appear at 3 months. Many patients benefit from a follow-up session at 6–12 months. Results vary by individual and underlying cause — your provider will set realistic expectations at your consultation.
